Product Introduction
The Model XG electric suspension transfer crane is specialized lifting equipment designed for the coal pulverizing systems of power plant generator units; its primary function is to facilitate the maintenance of coal pulverizers. It operates within the A1–A3 service classifications and is suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to +40°C. It is not intended for lifting molten metal or toxic, flammable, or explosive materials.
This product is an integrated system comprising an electric hoist trolley, an electric double-girder suspension crane (main unit), a manual or electric single- or double-girder suspension crane (auxiliary unit), and a track transfer mechanism. The electrical system is operated and controlled via push-button switches.
